UK ORDERS
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail special delivery, next day service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent fully trackable via Royal Mail standard delivery, if you would like to upgrade this service, please contact me directly.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be contacted with tracking details.
All silver pieces come with a microfiber ring pouch.
All gold pieces come inside a ring box.
RETURNS
If your piece isn't what you were looking for and you wish to return, please email hello@charlieshires.com
Returns must be received back within 30 days from purchase date.
Refunds will only be issued once the piece has been returned and inspected in its original pristine condition.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued on bespoke or customised pieces.
Return shipping is not covered by Charlie, so please choose carefully.
